Wonderful

The hotel is just great, excellent location, friendly staff, couldn't ask for more.

The car park is located to the opposite side of the street into another hotel which is not convenient when you need to carry things from your car to the hotel.

Very Good

Amazing beds - huge and so very comfortable- very clean and good pool.

the breakfast was a bit of a rabbit hole and wasn't the best. There was quiet a bit of sound coming from the local clubs all throughout the night

Reasonably priced boutique hotel with rooftop pool.

Comfortable beds and all the amenities - large shower and coffee in room - instant which seems to be common in Thailand. The pool area was lovely. Food in the restaurant was very good and lots of variety.

They were out of wine (!) in the restaurant. Brought my husband calamari when he ordered lobster bisque as an appetizer. Bisque eventually came out after the entree. There was only the one server that I saw and he may have been overwhelmed. He also did all the bartending.

Been in that place many times before , struggle to fault it, location is great , staff professional & courteous, comfortable rooms , German restaurant downstairs very convenient, heaps of restaurants & clubs around .... all that in a secure clean environment, where else do you find that ?

Excellent hotel in a great location

The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The room was very clean, and the maid who serviced my room daily was excellent and always said hello with a smile, easy access to the BTS sky train

It was difficult to say this, but my room was excellent. However, the noise from the main street was none stop till 4am in the morning?? There's not a lot you can do about this, but I think it's needs a better sound window double glazing or just make sure you get a room at the back or side

Great localization, very touristic district, clean, good value

Very loud till late night hours (min 2am). No soundproof windows, walls very thin- we heard neighboors all the time. Recommanded for those who come to have fun and party, otherwise hard to stay there.

The staff here are so friendly and can’t help you enough.

You’re in a nearly luxury hotel with a rooftop pool, and because it is down a side street, you don’t get bombarded by taxi drivers as soon as you leave the building.

There are only 2 very small smoking areas. One outside the main doors with 2 seats, and a small corner behind the gym on the rooftop with no seats. When there are 6 people smoking, it was quite tight.

The room was superb Bed really comfortable and showers great Pool area lovely with good views and quiet atmosphere

Staff in the restaurant and bar were quite slow to serve but reception and foyer were excellent

Very comfortable hotel with lots of facilities for guests

Welcome drink coupon provided on arrival which you redeem on the Rooftop Bar next to the pool. I didn't book breakfast as part of my reservation so cannot comment. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep for alternative options The hotel was off the main road which meant that it much quieter for the very busy Sukhumvit 11 area. I didn't need earplugs. Possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in - I actually stayed in one night because it was so comfortable just to relax and read. Be careful - the blinds are seriously blockout which means it's easy to oversleep in the morning as the room stays pitch dark. The shower was amazing, really hot with a button to change the shower pressure options. Nice to have a seat too. The one wall into the bedroom is glass but there is a screen you can pull down for privacy. Location was convenient to BTS Nana stop which was a convenient 4 minutes walk. 7-11 on the corner. There is a lovely pool on the roof which gets sun all day - plenty of full and hand towels and sunloungers (in pool and out) and they have change rooms with lockers, shower (with shower gel and conditioning shampoo), toilet and sauna are very convenient if you have a wait before check-in or a wait before heading to the airport. Luggage storage for large bags available at reception. They have a gym by the pool but I didn't use it. I saw that you could rent power banks for your phone from reception - didn't use it but very useful when you may be taking a lot of photos / video on your phone when you're busy sightseeing. Tip: Highly recommend Ivory Spa Bangkok in Sukhumvit 8 directly opposite the main road from the hotel - best experience my whole trip where I tried many massage spots. Also Terminal 21, the new shopping centre in Sukhumvit 19 is a trip around the world in itself with the best food court I've ever seen - Pier 21! (Make sure to visit the toilets - it's worth it!)

There was only one lift which was very small to cater for a hotel that size and all those rooms. You can fit 2 people with suitcases at a time. Wasn't a problem for me though. Nothing I didn't like.

Very good accomodation

We have booked 3 rooms. We arrived at the hotel in the morning arount 10 am, we were very tired and even if the check in was at 14h00 the receptionist Medah Bau was very nice and she gave us one of the rooms around 11h30. The personal is very kind and proffesional. The lady Tuk who from the swiming pool bar is very nice and speaks very good English. The rooms are very clean and big and you have everything you need I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable. Excellent facilities and very good location. Staff very helpfull.

Pleasantly surprised with the ease of the checking in (and out) room was great. Very clean and the bed very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Facilities very good also. Very nice pool, refreshing. Breakfast very good also. Plenty of restaurants, eateries, pubs and bars about the place so do not have to go to far. Not far from the BTS for shopping or sight seeing. Look forward to the next time in Bangkok and staying at the hotel again.

Clean and new hotel that is very near to BTS.

Near bts, new and clean. Aircon is strong and shower is great. Has many well know cafe, eatery, pharmacy, night market, shopping mall with short walking distance.

Too much night life around. Not suitable for family with young kids as the surrounding is a little complicated especially late night.

room space is good and comfortable. kind staff. pool seems to be lovely though I just looked at it for reference.

The entrance may not be easy to find and tour guide took some time to get to the lobby. this is not an issue.

Fantastic stay, my go to in Bangkok.

Super comfortable beds. Room was modern and clean. Extremely good noise isolation, so dead silence in the room despite the traffic chaos outside. Fantastic pool and gym on the roof. Love the all-you-can-drink wine and tapas deal in the bar, staff kept our glasses topped up non-stop.

Nice place

Nice hotel, nice staff. Bed was quite comfortable. Stayed there for only one night and left very early, didn't have much experience to tell more.

Everything in the room was a little damp. Cocktails on the top floor are below average. Stick to the local beer.

Very comfortable room with "soft bed". Amazing Soi full of restaurants and handy to the sky train. Felt safe and secure.

Soi eleven a busy road with a sidewalk not easy to negotiate.
